Program:
  wintitle.exe

Function:
  Display time, date, Free GDI and Free User in the titlebar of the 
  active window. You can set most of the settings in the corresponding 
  dialogue. One single setting is only to be configured in the file 
  FUTURE.INI in your WINDOWS directory. In the section [WinTitle] you 
  can set the dialogue language. Valid values are: English or German. The 
  program works independant of upper and lower case letters.

  Set the language as following:

  [WinTitle]
  Language=english

  The rest of the settings are set in the 'Settings' dialogue. The values
  are all stored in FUTURE.INI.

  Please note, that the informations will not be displayed, if the
  caption of a window is not high enough to do so.

Register:
  The program WinTitle is not FreeWare. No annoying screen messages have
  been programmed, to make you aware, that this program must be registered.
  However, I count on, that all the users - you too ;) - will take the time
  to register WinTitle.
